🎉 CELEBRATING NEW LIFE IN CHRIST! 🙌🏽💦

At the end of July, our church family had the beautiful privilege of witnessing several of our members take a powerful step of faith through baptism! ❤️

Baptism is more than a moment in the water—it is a public declaration of faith, a picture of new life, and a reminder that God is still changing lives!

We rejoice with each person who made this commitment and pray that their walk with Christ continues to grow stronger each day. 🙏🏽

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!” — 2 Corinthians 5:17

💦 Old things passed away. New life has begun!

🇺🇸 Labor Day Weekend — But First, Let’s Worship! 🙏🏽

As we enjoy this holiday weekend and take time to rest, remember the One who gives us the strength to work, the blessings to enjoy, and the grace to make it through each day. ❤️

The Bible reminds us:

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28

Tomorrow, before we get caught up in the holiday plans, come worship with us! 🙌🏽

6 pm Sunday services are canceled for the month of August, starting his evening.
No service at 6 pm

All other services are on schedule. 6pm Monday, 6pm Wednesday and Sunday 8 am and 10:30 will be on time.

Our friends at Baby Faith's Journey are hosting a IEP workshop that is free to attend. If you need help with the IEP process and are the voice for someone you love please reach out to them to schedule. Lunch is also being provided.

A heartfelt thank you to Good Shepherd Church of Wi******er Va for their generous donation of backpacks filled with school supplies, juice boxes, and other special treats for our youth!
Good Shepherd Church of Wi******er, VA has been a longstanding partner and supporter of the Evans Home, and we are incredibly grateful for their continued generosity and commitment to the children we serve. Their kindness helps ensure our youth begin the school year feeling prepared, encouraged, and supported.

Our kids couldn't stay outside due to air quality BUT we still welcomed them with a welcome crew and they got to walk through a misting fan (that was graciously donated for this and future events) and sea of bubbles on their way in to to learn about Jesus.
