Word That Frees Word That Frees is a church where the primary focus is on Jesus and His redemptive work. If you are in the Wi******er VA area, we are looking for you.

Our determination is like that of the Apostle Paul. We want to know nothing else among you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified. We do not preach to your sin. We declare your righteousness. We believe that this is a time of a gospel reformation in which the culture
of the church is changing. It’s not about rules; it’s about relationship. It’s not about laws; it’s about love. It’s not about you; i

t’s all about Jesus. We are fully convinced that if we take the focus off you, your sin, and your failures, and put the focus on Jesus and what He did to put you in right standing with the Father God, your whole life will change for the better. We just don’t preach favor and a feel good message to get you in the door of our building. We take you to the cross and the empty tomb to show you why you are highly favored, not condemned, and in right standing with a Father God who is not angry with you. At Word That Frees, Jesus is the answer. We will show you how He is the answer, why He is the answer, and how to apply that answer to every aspect of your life. Jesus loved God, and Jesus loved people. It made no difference to Him who they were or what their backgrounds were. That is the passion of this church. You won’t find your past here,
just the path to your brighter future!

I have decided to continue my sabbatical for at least another month. I love teaching and instructing people in the word, but I need to focus on hearing from the Lord on my next step and direction. I began Word That Frees asking the Lord what a church would look like if he built it, that passion has grown. Moses looked for a city whose builder and maker was God, that city was the New Jerusalem, I’m looking for the world!

For those that follow and look for our livestream or watch later. I have not posted any new videos since right before Christmas. I have really learned that I need a sabbatical, to recharge both myself and my family. I plan to begin teaching again in February. I know it’s not common for a pastor to admit he’s burnt out and needs to reassess things, but I’m not common. I love all of you! I take very seriously what I teach and pour in to the people that listen, so it’s important to me to take time to not just react to what we all are going through, but truly take time to listen to what the Holy Spirit is saying about it all. No need to worry, take heart, he has the whole world in his hands, I’m just taking a moment to feel those hands embracing me!

How did something so connective, become so divisive in less then 16 years? I mourn the death of connection and unity. I wish we could remember how good and present it is for people to dwell together in unity.

Many Christians talk a lot about the mark of the beast and how not to receive it. Very few talk about the next chapter in which people received the mind of Christ, where transformed, and began to sing the song of redemption. 6 is the biblical number of man, man is a three part being, body, soul (or mind), and spirit. 666 is the number of a man, a man in his fallen state, it was the number we were born with in Adam. That’s why we now receive Christ, when you ad the plus one Christ, written in your forehead, it overwrites any previous mark, becoming perfection 777, making us the redeemed of the Lord! Webster defines redeemed as
1a : to buy back : REPURCHASE
b : to get or win back
2 : to free from what distresses or harms: such as
a : to free from captivity by payment of ransom
b : to extricate from or help to overcome something detrimental
c : to release from blame or debt : CLEAR
d : to free from the consequences of sin
3 : to change for the better : REFORM
4 : REPAIR, RESTORE
Maybe we need to stop talking so much about a mark of a defeated beast and let the redeemed of the Lord say so. Let’s sing a new song, the song of how he has redeemed us into God!

I didn’t fight or come against anything today. I didn’t rebuke or bind anything today. I guess my enemies heart’s were already defeated, and they gave up before there was any chance of a fight! All I’ve done today is live in the abundance of what they fled and left behind for me to enjoy!! Stop fighting my family, come rest in Christ’s abundant provision!!
