Godfrey Zziwa of Sudbury, Massachusetts, announces with great sorrow the passing of his mother, *Martha Namirembe* of Sseguku, Kampala on September 6, 2026. She will be greatly missed by her children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, in-laws, and friends.

Yesterday, August 29, 2026, we enjoyed a wonderful Church Outside celebration—a special day when church families came together to fellowship, connect, and build stronger relationships.

We shared delicious food, enjoyed fun sports and activities, and created beautiful memories together under the sunshine and beautiful weather. It was an incredible day filled with joy, laughter, love, and unity.

We thank God for the opportunity to come together as one church family.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the people of the Tooro Kingdom and Uganda at large following the passing of His Majesty King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV.

May God comfort and strengthen the royal family, the people of Tooro, and all those mourning this great loss. The same God who gave you King Oyo will uphold you, guide you, and give you peace during this difficult time. May His Majesty’s soul rest in eternal peace.
