Join us this week as we sit, sing, and pray under the tent this week for our final outdoor summer service. We'll gather at the communion table and also mark the universal church's newest feast day: Creation in Christ.

This week we are worshipping together from afar: joining with United Methodists in Woburn, Weston, North Reading, and Tewskbury in a jointly planned service. Together, we'll look at Romans 12:9-21: an abundance of riches when it comes to ordering our communal life. Using Paul's guidance for a world as it should be, we'll reverse engineer a look at some of our current struggles with the added blessing of knowing that the solution is already in hand.

Join us this Sunday, August 30, for our worship service at 10am, including a blessing of the backpacks. This inviation is open to ANYONE starting a new school year, in ANY capacity - students, teachers, parents, administrators, bus drivers - come one, come all!

This morning we jump back to the Revised Common Lectionary (joining up with our Sunday School) for a pinnacle moment between Jesus and his disciples. "Who do you say I am?" he asks, and Peter (for once, and with some Divine help!) hits the nail on the head.
