Join us for Our Neighbor's Kitchen tomorrow, Thursday, September 10 at 5:30 p.m. for a Mexican-themed meal. We're serving "peachy salsa pork" (mild - not spicy!) over rice with Mexican street corn and fresh fruit cups.
Park in our circle drive and come on downstairs to our cool Parish Hall, 126 Central Street. Our community meals are open to all, regardless of residency or economic means. All ages welcome. Dine in with fellow friends and neighbors, or take out after seated diners are served. We welcome donations of $2 per person, $5 per family, and thank the Winchendon Community Action Committee and The United Parish of Winchendon for their support.

And WHAT do you do with all that summer zucchini? Make zucchini beef bake! Join us for Our Neighbor's Kitchen this Thursday, August 13 at 5:30 p.m. for this delicious casserole: layers of rice, tender garden zucchini, tomatoes, ground beef and melted cheese served in lasagna-size squares. Spinach salad, bread and fresh fruit complete the meal.

Join us for Our Neighbor's Kitchen this Thursday, July 23 in our nice cool Parish Hall. Since the State Chili Cook-off, typically held in Winchendon every August, is cancelled this year (!) this is your chance to get some delicious home-cooked chili this summer. Chef Dave Faucher will be serving it up with plenty of corn bread to sop up the juices.

Last chance for 2026! Winchendon Winds Band Season Finale Concert "Characters" takes place in our sanctuary this Sunday, June 28, at 2:00 p.m. The audience will be “introduced” to James Bond, the Wicked Witch, Tony & Maria and more as the band plays music depicting various characters, some known, some not-so-well known.

Winchendon Winds concerts remain free, thanks to generous support from ten area Local Cultural Councils including the Winchendon Cultural Council, the Robinson-Broadhurst Foundation, and others. ADA accessible, family-friendly, refreshments sold.

We'll be chock full of vendors this Saturday June 20 at our annual UUCW Annual Summer Lawn Fair! Browse the stalls featuring hand-sewn USEFUL items, wood crafts, sea glass jewelry, crochet, plushies, spa products, miniatures, 3D toys for the kids, and much more. Friends of the Beals Memorial Library will be there with their gently used books & DVDs. Winchendon Garden Club and Winchendon Winds offer generous basket raffles. Grab a hot dog at our VERY affordable concession stand. Here from 9 am - 2 pm. Come see the street parade at 11 and linger to shop. Pick up that last-minute Father's Day gift...
