Welcome to the 2025 Winter Season at Lake Wimauma!

We’re excited to kick off an unforgettable winter season filled with fun events for our RV guests and campground residents. Below are the details of our upcoming activities. Should you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to our Campground office.

We want to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude to all who made “Home for Christmas” so special.

Our heartfelt thanks go to the Lake Wimauma staff, Pastor Terry Grimsley for guiding us through the joyous songs and leading the “12 Days of Christmas,” to Gale, and Fleming Ard, Alan, and Patti Watson for their captivating performance of "The Christmas Tree." We are also deeply grateful to our residents, RV guests, and their families for contributing to the incredible feast that added so much warmth to our celebration.

The “Home for Christmas” meal was an absolute blast! We enjoyed delicious food, an inspiring skit, live music, and exciting prizes—an unforgettable evening all around!

Had to share our Lake Wimauma twist on the 12 Days of Christmas! Kevin was such a great sport and made an amazing Partridge in a Pear Tree. 😂

Home for Christmas Dinner - Tomorrow at 6 PM!

We’re excited to invite all of our Lake Wimauma residents, RV guests, and their families to join us for a special Christmas dinner tomorrow evening at 6 PM in the Mace Dining Hall!

We’ll be celebrating with a special program, a time of fun, and plenty of fellowship as we come together for this joyful season. Please bring a side dish and dessert to share with everyone.

If you haven't done so already, please contact our Campground Office to let us know how many will be attending, so we can make sure there’s plenty for all!

What an incredible morning at our Breakfast with Santa event at Lake Wimauma! We are thankful for all the volunteers who gave their time and energy to make this event such a success, as well as those who generously donated toys and funds. Your support made it all possible!

Events like these are more than just fun moments — they allow us to come together as a community, share the joy of the season, and celebrate the greatest gift of all: the gift of Jesus.

Lake Wimauma Yard Decoration Contest Winners!

We are thrilled to announce the winners of this year’s Best Decorated Yard Contest! Our residents truly outdid themselves, creating some of the most beautiful and festive displays we've ever seen. It was incredibly difficult to choose just one winner, as there were so many outstanding entries.

After much deliberation, the winner of the Best Decorated Yard is Ron and Babs! Congratulations on your stunning decorations.

Additionally, due to the sheer creativity and effort displayed in many yards, we decided to add a new category this year: Most Creative Yard. And the winner of this special category is Shane and Janella Carpenter!

A huge thank you to everyone who participated - you’ve made Lake Wimauma even more beautiful this season.

We can’t wait to see what next year brings!
