Georgetown Day Celebration The annual Georgetown Day Celebration is a free-to-attend community celebration! Georgetown Day is held along Main Street, Georgetown, a part of Redding, CT.

The day features activities for adults as well as children, live music by local bands, delicious food, a palate-warming chili cook-off, a beer tent, and artisan and craft vendors. Georgetown is located in the corners of Redding, Weston, Wilton, and Ridgefield and is in close proximity to Westport, New Canaan, Darien, and Norwalk as well as Danbury and Bethel. georgetownday for information on how to participate! Vendors are welcome to apply, and we always love meeting new sponsors! Our mission is to bring our community together to enjoy a day of summer fun. The various proceeds of the event go to benefit the non-profit organizations that host and underwrite it: Georgetown Volunteer Fire Department, Georgetown, CT Lions Club, G & B Cultural Center, and Georgetown Village Restoration.

On one side is a market and cafรฉ offering breakfast and lunch plus the amazing Quartertone Coffee Bar and foodie goods. The market is open seven days a week.
