Sharing more photos from our final May 19th worship/celebration of 114 years of fellowship and service in the Wilsonville and Clackamas County community. It was a true gift to have in attendance five former pastors, including two who were clergy at the Old Church on Boone’s Ferry Road before our move to the new building on Wilsonville Road in 1992.

As our final act of service to the community, we gifted over $25,000 total to Wilsonville Community Sharing, West Linn-Wilsonville School District, and Clackamas Women’s Services shelter, in addition to MANY in-kind donations of items from our church building to numerous other churches and community organizations. God is Good!

It’s taken me a little while to process and be ready to post the photos from our final worship service and celebration 5/19/24; and some from closure of the building, which will be complete by 6/30/24.
We celebrate that God guides us to our next ministry as we continue to walk in The Way of Jesus Christ.

We appreciate all our friends so much and thank you for following our adventures over the years! This is a difficult post to make. In the past few months, our church has made the difficult decision to close permanently after providing 114 years of discipleship and service to our neighbors in Wilsonville, OR.
Our last worship service and celebration of all we have accomplished will be on May 19th.

We are blessed to have many gifts to share with our local ministries as we close this chapter of our church lives. Our building will continue to provide space for Early Years child care.

“The Good Shepherd is the theme of this week's service. We always visit this Scripture during the season of Easter as we are reminded that Jesus, the Good Shepherd was willing to lay down his life for the sheep. All the sheep. I would invite you to meditate on the text of John 10:11-18 and ask God what message He might have for you from this passage. Shepherds know their sheep and the sheep recognize the shepherd's voice. There is much comfort for the aching heart in this passage and imagery.”
