​“This Verse Is For Anyone Whose Mind Won’t Quiet Down At Night” ✨📖 | 1 Peter 5:7

​STOP OVERTHINKING AND LET HIM HOLD IT. ✝️

​Maybe there’s a scenario you keep replaying in your mind, a what-if that keeps you awake, or a worry that loops endlessly no matter how hard you try to push it away. 🙏

​You don’t have to solve everything in your head right now.

​1 Peter 5:7 reminds us to cast our anxieties on God because He cares for us. 🕊️

​God is saying to you today,

​“Cast all your cares and heavy burdens on Me, because I care about every small detail of your life.” ✝️

​God cares about the anxious thoughts you don’t even know how to put into words. He cares about the mental exhaustion and the quiet panic you feel when the future looks uncertain.

​So stop trying to calculate every single outcome on your own.

​Breathe. Hand it over. Trust Him with your peace. 🙏

​You may not have clarity today, but you can have rest knowing that God is sorting out what you cannot see.

​What is spinning in your mind is not too chaotic for His hands. 🕊️

​You don’t need to figure out tomorrow tonight. You simply need to remember that you are held by God.

​Release the mental loops. Release the racing thoughts. Release the need to have every answer right now.

​Let God quiet the storm you were never meant to navigate alone. ✝️🙏
