❤️ A Beautiful Day of Love and Appreciation at Cedar Grove Missionary Baptist Church ❤️

Today was a truly special day at Cedar Grove Missionary Baptist Church as we celebrated Pastor’s Wife Appreciation Day and honored our sweet pastor’s wife, Mrs. Wanda.

What a blessing it was to see our church family come together to let Mrs. Wanda know just how much she is loved and appreciated. Members shared poems and heartfelt words, expressing the love and gratitude we have for her. Sometimes words cannot fully express what someone means to us, but today we did our best to let Mrs. Wanda know how special she is to our church family.

After our worship service, we gathered in the Fellowship Hall and enjoyed delicious finger foods lovingly prepared by some of our wonderful church ladies. We then celebrated Mrs. Wanda with a beautiful cake in her honor. 🎂

The celebration ended with Mrs. Wanda opening her gifts, surrounded by the people who love and appreciate her. 🎁❤️ It was a beautiful reminder that the church is more than a building—it is a family that loves, encourages, and supports one another.

Mrs. Wanda, thank you for your kindness, your love, your prayers, and for the many ways you bless Cedar Grove Missionary Baptist Church. We are thankful that God placed you in our church family, and we pray that He continues to richly bless you and Pastor for many years to come.

❤️ PLEASE HELP US SUPPORT TAMMY LAMM ❤️

Our Cedar Grove Missionary Baptist Church family is asking for your prayers and support for Tammy Lamm, a beloved member of our church family who has been diagnosed with an aggressive form of leukemia.

Tammy is currently receiving treatment at the ECU Cancer Center, while her husband, Don, travels back and forth every day to be by her side and help meet her needs.

We have started a fundraiser with a goal of $4,000 to help Tammy and Don with medical and travel expenses during this difficult journey.

Wednesday Night at Cedar Grove Missionary Baptist Church!

Cedar Grove Missionary Baptist Church met Wednesday night for a wonderful time of learning more about the Word of God, fellowship, food, and celebrating our August birthdays! 🎂🙏

It was great to see such a large turnout, and we were especially blessed to welcome several visitors. We hope you enjoyed being with us and that you’ll come back and worship with us again!

A special thank you to everyone who helped prepare the delicious food and, of course, to those who stayed to help with the cleanup. Your service and willingness to help are truly appreciated!

We invite everyone to join us every Wednesday evening:
