Rainbow of Grace Outreach Ministries provides community based services to the youth and adult population of New Castle County, DE. We offer mentoring, counseling, referral services, and community volunteerism. Our goal is to enhance the physical, emotional, and spiritual growth of people who are desirous of our help and to meet the needs our our community.

God is moving by his Spirit, He's still doing miracle, signs and wonders, and if we aren't looking through the eyes of the Spirit, you just might miss it.
