Rose of Sharon Family Ministries, Inc. Our ministry was consecrated on November 7, 1999 in Wilmington, DE and incorporated on November 24, 1999. Pastor Sandra J. Lacy is the Overseer & Founder.

We are a Biblically based family ministry led by the Holy Spirit! Lacy was called by God as an Evangelist on January 17, 1983, and licensed in ministry under the
leadership of Rev. Dr. Edward Cross, Sr., in the Church of God, Northern District, until March 1995. In November 1998, during a family trip to Gilbert, Arizona, the Lord called her to the Office of Pastor. His instructions were to begin a

work in Wilmington, Delaware, called Rose of Sharon Family Ministries. The ministry was consecrated on November 7, 1999, and incorporated on November 24, 1999. Pastor Lacy was Ordained an Elder and Installed to the Pastoral Office by Apostle Marian L. Rudd, who is presently the Apostolic Prelate of Redeeming Grace Worldwide Ministries, Inc. (formerly Bibleway Holy Church, Inc.). Pastor Lacy has a passion for the restoration of the family, but her greatest desire is to see the Body of Jesus Christ prosper spirit, soul and body; as the Lord continues to allow her to serve in the advance of His Kingdom, that He may be
glorified!
