Good afternoon, Friends! Please continue to pray for the congregation of Fifth Avenue Methodist Church in Wilmington, NC! We are waiting for the Supreme Court of North Carolina to make a ruling in regards to the NC Conference Appeal to dismiss our case. Our folks remain resolved and prayerful to return to our church property. It has been over 2 years since we were locked out by the United Methodist Church. Please continue to pray for us as we continue on. We thank God for His many blessings to us and "making a way in the sea" (Isaiah 43:16) during this time.

A wonderful story from the Summer of 2022 in anticipation of our church's 175th Anniversary. While we did not know what lay ahead in 2023, Fifth Avenue had a wonderful, active anniversary year!!! We thank the Lord for his blessings on us!!

A historic downtown Wilmington church that was forced to close last year now has a chance to reopen thanks to a favorable legal ruling.

We are so thankful the court of appeals found the lower court made error. We are continuing to pray about this matter! Happy New Year!
