Today's Peace Week walk drew many new friends to our labyrinth. We are grateful to the sound bath players, Roni, Marji, and Julie, for adding the beauty of their music to today's experience. We hope to see you again - the first and third Thursdays of the month from Noon to 7 p.m.

A Sound Bath is an immersive meditative practice using vibration and sound such as “singing bowls” and musical instruments.
In honor of Peace Week 2026, Sound Bath sessions will be offered on Thursday, October 15th at 4:30-4:50, 5:10-5:30, 5:50-6:10, and 6:30-6:50 p.m.
Join us for this unique experience - you may sit quietly or walk the labyrinth during each session.

with Peace Week Delaware, we encourage you to walk (or sit!), either with just Labyrinth or with Labyrinth and Sound Bath. As always, drop in anytime from Noon to 7:00 p.m.

Starting October 1st, you'll have more days to walk our labyrinth and more hours to enjoy our contemplative space. We'll be open on the first and third Thursdays of each month from Noon to 7 p.m. Stop in after work and bring a co-worker to share the experience. Share this post with your friends. Yes, walks! In response to our walkers’ suggestions, the labyrinth will be open twice a month and for 3 hours longer. October will also feature a very special collaboration with sound baths at our Peace Week Delaware event on October 15th.
