The annual meeting for the cemetery was held on April 5, 2025. The following rules and regulations were established and are effective immediately:
1) All cremation burials must be reported to cemetery management. This is so burial can be included in cemetery records and that burial is on correct plot. A plot must be purchased for cremation burials if not in conjunction with another burial. Only two burials per plot is allowed for cremations.
2) Monuments must be placed at the head of the grave and in line with other monuments on the row. Any others placed must be at ground level.
3) Barriers placed around graves are prohibited, benches, statues, borders, etc. Any placed from this point on will be removed.
4) Planting of shrubs, trees, etc. are prohibited.
5) All burials/internments require a grave opening fee.
6) Management must be contacted prior to placement of monuments/headstones.
7) Placement of glass/porcelain containers is prohibited.

Due to the uncertainty of the weather, cleanup in the cemetery is canceled for tomorrow morning. The business meeting will still be held tomorrow night at 7:00 in the Fellowship Hall at the Methodist Church.

03/23/2025

The annual meeting for the cemetery will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2025, at the Green Hill United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall (372 Green Hill Road) at 7:00 P. M.

Cleanup of the cemetery will begin at 9:00 A. M. that morning. Please come out and help us pickup flowers and other debris in preparation of mowing season.

Anyone with loved ones buried in the cemetery is encouraged to attend both of these events.

03/04/2025

The next two days are forecast to be extremely windy. Some flowers have already blown off of and away from headstones/graves. You may want to check on flowers once the winds have dissipated. Those still lying on the ground after a few days will be collected and disposed of. It will soon be mowing season.
