Dear Pastors and Church Leaders,
We're excited about the changes we've made to our annual Fundraising Celebration. This year's event is a free program so that it is accessible for everyone! There is no dinner so there's no need for tickets and all proceeds go directly to the work of Hope Center rather than spending funds on catering and decorating costs.

God continues to do GREAT and EXCITING things through the work of Hope, rescuing, redeeming and transforming lives of moms, dads and babies. We can't meet the needs of over 300 clients without the continued support of your churches SO....

Please use the attached graphics to make social media posts, make slide or bulletin announcements or print to put into the hands of members.

One of our own local pastors, Adam Henderson of Radiant Church Canton, will be our keynote speaker SO....

Encourage your members to attend and come out to support a fellow pastor. AND give generously to support the next generation of moms, dads and babies cared for by Hope Center!

God is doing great things! I'll see you on August 23rd!

3/16/2025

Meeting came to order and opened with prayer
Minutes from previous meeting were read and accepted
Finance Report was given by Jane Couch:
Balance as of 2/28/25 = $11,843.13
Check for $5000 for new speakers and electrical work
Check for $100 for flowers
BALANCE = $6,743.13

4. Dues ($5 per member) were collected
5. Guardian Flooring has been contacted and maintenance will be done on 5/5
6. We received a Thank You from Father Susai for our contribution to church for speakers
7. Trice family donated the collector plates now hanging in the hall
8. We discussed another trip to the casinos.
1. Date is still pending
2. Sarah is checking on a party bus to transport all of us
9. Desserts for the fish fries are being provided by Ladies Guild members: still need volunteers.
10. No meeting in April
11. Hwy 80 Sale coming up in April
12. It was suggested we all wear hats on Easter Sunday!
13. Maria Scott asked Sylvia Reyes to offer tostados for Hwy 80 Sale in October
14, Cindy Mills made a motion to adjourn the meeting

Oh my heavens! Delicious combo: Totitos Salsa Verde chips with diced Jicama, diced cucumber, shredded cabbage, and peanuts. With a delicious dressing/salsa. I need to go find out what the sauce was because it’s the perfect amount of spice for me. St Luke Catholic Church faith formation youth are selling this and fruit cups and drinks today and tomorrow behind the church hall (on the back porch). $7 Go check out the other vendors at the Hwy 80 sale too!
