Join the Sewell family today as we celebrate the life of Ms. Ramelle Sewell.

Visitation will be from 5:00–7:00 PM at Mullen-Fuller Funeral Home this evening, and the funeral service will be tomorrow at 10:00 AM at First Baptist Church Wills Point.

Ms. Ramelle was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by our church family and by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Please continue to keep the Sewell family in your prayers during this time as we thank God for her life and faithful legacy.

Today we celebrate and honor our wonderful church secretary, Stacey J Hickman Sammons. She will begin a new chapter of life in retirement and serving her family.

For the past six years, she has faithfully served First Baptist Church of Wills Point with a joyful spirit, a servant’s heart, and countless (countless!) behind-the-scenes acts of kindness that have blessed our church family more than words can express.

While we will miss seeing her in the office each week, we are excited that she now has the opportunity to devote more time to serving and enjoying her family. We are deeply grateful for her faithful ministry and the lasting impact she has made on our church.

Thank you for nearly 6 years of dedication, love, and service. We pray God’s richest blessings over this next season of life. You will always be a cherished part of the FBC Wills Point family. ❤️

Tonight our community will gather at Lester Park to celebrate America’s 250th Birthday Celebration, beginning at 6:30 PM.

This free community event includes hot dogs, games, and fireworks, and it’s a wonderful opportunity for us as a church family to be present, encourage our neighbors, and support an event that brings our community together.
