St. Monica Feast Day

A huge THANK YOU to our teens who showed up and helped make our St. Monica Feast Day a beautiful and successful celebration! We truly appreciate everyone who gave their time and helped throughout the feast.

And a HUGE shout-out and appreciation to the teens who stayed behind to help clean up! It was truly a blessing to have the extra help. Your willingness to stay, work together, and serve our parish did not go unnoticed. ❤️

We are so proud of each of you! Thank you for showing what faith, service, and community look like. Your kindness and willingness to help are such a blessing to St. Monica Parish. 🙏🏽❤️

Here is a late update on our August Teen Ministry Mass & Meeting!

We had a GREAT group of teens join us, and we are absolutely thrilled with all the participation at Mass! Father Stephan was definitely surprised to see how many altar servers we had. It was wonderful seeing so many of our teens willing to serve and be involved! 🙏⛪️

Our meeting was so much fun! Father Stephan joined us for dinner, which was a delicious Carne Asada Baked Potato Bar with drinks provided by Zuheit Hernandez (Ximena Reyes). Thank you so much for helping make dinner special! ❤️

If any parent would like to host a dinner for one of our future Teen Ministry meetings, please let us know! We would love to have you join us and share a meal with our teens. 🍽️

After dinner, we had our usual meeting updates and then played a St. Monica trivia game! Let’s just say…our teens are VERY competitive! 😂🏆 They definitely had a lot of fun competing!

We are also SO excited about our Teen Ministry Choir! 🎶 Kim and Landry are already looking forward to what’s ahead. What a blessing! The choir is even talking about singing more than one song at our Christmas Serenade in December!🎄🎶 We can’t wait to see what they come up with!

We ended the evening with ice cream, popcorn, and a movie. 🍿🍦 We started watching "David" and made it about halfway through before it was time to wrap up the evening. We’ll have to finish it another time!

Thank you to everyone who continues to support our Teen Ministry. We are so blessed by this group of young people and all the ways they continue to show up, participate, serve, and have fun together! ❤️🙏

A huge THANK YOU to all of our amazing parents and teens who volunteered their time and energy to make today's St. Monica Teen Ministry Car Wash a success!

In just 4 hours, we washed over 30 cars! 🚗🧽 Thank you to everyone who brought their vehicles to be washed or made a donation. Your generosity and support help make our teen ministry activities and events possible.

A special thank you to the adults who gave their time today: Pedro & Marisol Bobadilla, Andy Ontiveros, Liz & Leo Torres, Ana Alanis, and Billy Throm. We are also so grateful for all of our teens who showed up ready to work.Thank you all for working so hard in the heat—it was definitely a warm one today! 🌞☀️

We are so blessed to have such a supportive parish family. Thank you for investing in our teens and supporting St. Monica Teen Ministry. God bless you all! 🙏🏽

Thank you to everyone who made our St. Monica Teen Ministry Fundraiser Dinner at Marval a success!

We are so grateful to our teens who volunteered their time. Thank you to our dedicated adult leaders who gave their time and support. We truly couldn't do it without you.

To everyone who purchased a meal or made a donation—thank you for your generosity and for investing in our youth. Your support helps make it possible for our teens to grow in their faith through retreats, service projects, and ministry activities.

A very special thank you to Marval for graciously hosting our fundraiser and partnering with us to support the teens of St. Monica Parish. We truly appreciate your generosity and community support.
