Free Exercise Class for Seniors!
Thursdays at 10:00 AM, beginning on May 14, at King of Kings Lutheran Church, 2815 Lost Nation Road in Willoughby.
Class Description
Join us for a 5-week Pilates class designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and overall well-being in a supportive and welcoming environment. This low-impact class uses a chair for stability and is ideal for beginners, older adults, or anyone looking for a safe and effective way to move their body. No prior Pilates experience is needed—just come as you are and enjoy moving at your own pace.
What to Expect:
Seated and supported exercises
Focus on posture, core strength, and mobility
Gentle stretching and relaxation
Modifications offered for all ability levels
