Hey Cornerstone Family! We want to let you know that on Friday, June 5th, our parking lot is going to be repainted.
So no one will be able to utilize the parking lot. You will have to street park and walk into the building.

Scam Text Posing as our Pastor Jason
Good morning, Cornerstone family!

We wanted to make you aware of a SCAM TEXT that a couple of our members have received in the last 24 hours.

The text was received from the 330-area code, and the message says "This is Pastor Jason Queen, and I need a favor." The text used personal names, trying to appear legitimate.

This is a SCAM. DO NOT REPLY!

Know that not all texts will look the same. They may try changing the text to elicit a response. In general, be wary of any text or email that stresses and urgency, this is a tactic used by scammers.

Be assured that Pastor Jason does NOT have a new phone number and is not using another individual's phone to try to contact church members.

We are still looking into this matter.

Do not let this current SCAM rob you of your joy in Christ or steal away your attention from our Lord! Be aware and yet continue to study the great works of the Lord, for they are a delight to our souls!
