God my Almighty, my Redeemer and Father, I praise Your name and the comfort You may give throughout my life. Even at my end, I know You will not leave me. Even at my end, surrounded by my loved ones and Your blessings, I may be laid to rest knowing that I am surrounded by Your welcoming embrace and Love. O Heavenly Father, hallowed be thy name! Amen.

To desire to be rich in money and this world's goods is to expose ourselves to temptation and the snare of the Devil. God has wisely and mercifully not given great riches to most men, knowing that being wealthy often ruins men. Jesus said, "It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the Kingdom of God. " But all things are possible with God.

Lord my Father who sheds the light of divine grace upon all His followers, hear my prayer of wonder and love. For Your presence stays with us Lord, in a sacred promise extended to all who strive with You. Lead us not into fear, or ever any doubt, that we are lost or without Your blessing. All this I ask in Jesus' name, Amen.

It is only in the Lord we may find the true and lasting escape from our earthly cages. The earth may melt and the sky turn to smoke, but yet our spirits and souls will rise on the day of reckoning, to find love and peace in God's everlasting arms.

God Almighty my Father and Savior, hallowed be thy name! Help me to keep my eyes trained on Heaven, our eternal end, filled with peace and grace. For as this earth withers or burns, and my body decays, I know my spirit will still remain, seeking out Your light in paradise. Amen.

My Redeemer and Father, whose Heavenly wisdom sees all I think and do, and from whom I cannot hide my heart. Grant me Your love once again, as I ask for forgiveness for the sins I have committed. Grant me mercy once again for the wrongs I have perpetrated. For I beg for Your forgiveness Lord, and know that Your mercy is infinite, and from which I may drink as from a well that never dries. Amen.

Moses reminds the nation Israel here in Deuteronomy, just before they entered the promised land, of the 10 Commandments they received from God when they stood before Mount Sinai. The first of those commandments was that He, the only true God and the God who saved them out of slavery in Egypt, must be the only God they worship.
