Jesus removed every barrier that kept us from coming to Him. So as His people, our job isn’t to rebuild what He tore down. Our job is to point people to the bridge He already built.

May we be the kind of church that helps people find Jesus, not one that asks them to become like us first. Go build a bridge this week.

“Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.”
Galatians 6:2

We were never meant to follow Jesus alone.

This week, we were reminded that strengthening others often means being willing to step into what they’re carrying. Sometimes that looks like prayer. Sometimes it looks like listening. Sometimes it looks like sending the text, writing the note, or simply showing up.

Take a step and help carry the burden of someone around you.

In Acts 14, Paul and Barnabas didn’t just preach and move on. They stayed. They returned. They spent themselves to strengthen others, even when it cost them something.

That’s the picture we were given: a faith that doesn’t stop with us, but becomes a life poured out for the people around us.

The challenge this week is simple. Write the note. Send the text. Invite someone to coffee. Tell someone you’re thinking of them, praying for them, or that God put them on your heart.

Because the greatest legacy we can leave is not just what we accomplish, but the people who come to know the love and strength of Jesus because we were willing to spend our lives for them.

Being rattled does not mean you are failing.

Sometimes opposition exposes where we have been trying to stand on our own strength. But even there, God is still present, still leading, and still giving us what we need to keep going.

Share this with someone and remind them what shakes you does not have to stop you.

Some things are heavy because we were never meant to carry them forever. The bitterness, the fear, the anger, the hurt. It can all start to weigh us down and make it harder to move forward. But God does not want that weight to define your next step.

Shake the dust off. Keep moving forward. Keep rolling with joy.

Today, we remember. We remember the brave men and women who gave everything for the freedom we get to live in each day. Their sacrifice matters, and we don’t take it lightly.

As your neighborhood church, we’re grateful for the families, friends, and communities shaped by their courage. This Memorial Day, we honor them.

There are seasons where it feels easier to stay stuck, to carry what we were never meant to keep carrying, or to believe that nothing can change. But God’s grace reminds us that our story is not over. The same grace that frees us is the grace that helps us take the next step.

You are not stuck where you are. Grace is still moving.
