What a beautiful Mother’s Day gift for my daughter Tahira true rest spa. She took me to a spa. It’s a floating spa. you get inside and you float for an hour with music of your choice. Afterwords you go to the oxygen bar which has essential oils that your breathing so relaxing it is for pain in the body. It is for relaxation. It is for anxiety it is for so many things. All I know is my body feels so good relaxed and pain-free at this moment, thank you Tahira taking care of your Mom Mom! Thank you for my Mother’s Day gift one of many I love you!

wow, I feel so close to my mom being in Shelby North Carolina eating at Bridgets barbecue with my daughter and family! Setting my feet on Shelby North Carolina soil something shifted enjoy meeting the people not realizing I still have family there.
