Haven't posted in a couple weeks. Been on the mend from a spider bite that got infected, But wanted to come on today to discuss how we weather our storms. God has been growing me and teaching me this past year that approach is everything, and how important obedience to God is no matter what I am facing.God is the same God in all situations He isnt changed by our circumstances He is true and steadfast in the good times, and the hard times' He has taught me that when i try to take things in my own hands and fix them that im placing my trust in my ways instead of His. HIS ways are by far better than mine. so instead of yielding to fleshly motives and answers i must yield to the HOLY SPIRIT for leadership and guidance. I might not always understand but GOD knows all.In the BIBLE Proverbs 3 5 and 6 says 5 TRUST IN THE LORD WITH ALL THINE HEART; AND LEAN NOT TO THINE OWN UNDERSTANDING 6 IN ALL THY WAYS ACKNOWLEDGE HIM, AND HE SHALL DIRECT THY PATHS. We may be dealing with circumstances that we don't understand. financial hardships marital issues. sickness, family issues etc. no matter what we are facing trusting in God fully as we said earlier is vital and again approach is everything. You see we are not responsible for the actions of others but we are always responsible for our re actions. I have found that asking God to let His love flow through me. asking for HIS grace and mercy to operate in all situations is the answer. 1 Peter 4:8 says ABOVE ALL HAVE FERVENT AND UNFAILING LOVE FOR ONE ANOTHER BECAUSE LOVE COVERS A MULTITUDE OF SINS. IT OVERLOOKS UNKINDNESS AND UNSELFISHLY SEEKS THE BEST FOR OTHERS. My prayer is to always apply love first in all situations. To walk in obedience to God and not the flesh AMEN HOPE EVERYONE HAS A BLESSED AND PEACEFUL EVENING.

Hi everyone!!! hope everyone is having a blessed day. We are going to be speaking about being hungry and getting fed. (Spiritually speaking). I want to start by saying when I'm writing these posts I want them to be Holy spirit inspired words, God inspires me in so many ways. I was awake early this morning and decided to try to get some more sleep. I have been blessed with a beautiful grandbaby,she is now 6 months old and what a joy she is. She kept coming to my mind this morning about how she is now learning not only to take her bottle, but she is now starting to eat 1st stage baby food.My grandbaby loves her food and will definitely let you know if she thinks your not getting the spoon to her mouth in a timely manner LOL. As I was thinking about her it started coming to me about us as Gods children and spiritual nourishment. There's an old saying "A closed mouth don't get fed." Now lets relate that to spiritually being fed. The Bible says in 1 Corinthians 3:16 KNOW YE NOT THAT YE ARE THE TEMPLE OF GOD,AND THAT THE SPIRIT OF GOD DWELLETH IN YOU ? John 6:35 AND JESUS SAID UNTO THEM, I AM THE BREAD OF LIFE: HE THAT COMETH TO ME SHALL NEVER HUNGER; AND HE THAT BELIEVETH ON ME SHALL NEVER THIRST. Jesus makes it clear that HE is and has all we need to maintain spiritual growth and nourishment. imagine in the physical a plate of food being set in front of us providing everything we need to sustain us in the flesh, we know we must pick up that fork put the food in our mouths to eat. Jesus says come unto me. it requires action on our part. Just as we remember daily to physically nourish ourselves we must do the same for our spiritual nourishment and growth. what happens if we go long periods of time missing some meals in the physical? We start feeling weak, we run out of fuel, we become tired, etc. the same happens with our spirits when we dont get into Gods word, when we stop praying. We grow weak, tired, lathargic. in the world today we all want to watch our weight stay healthy and fit which is a good thing. But the great thing about spiritual nourishment is we can spiritually grow and grow by getting in the Bible and consuming Gods word. spend time in prayer sharpening our spiritual tools, our weapons of warfare. Growing in Gods grace and mercy. less of the fleshly ways walking in spirit and in truth as men and women of God. just as my grandbaby started out by being fed by Momma and Daddy her bottle, when we first get saved we have that zeal, that excitement for God it's as if God is spiritually bottle feeding us at first to help us grow and maintain. But just as babies grow to start eating solid foods they gain some independence to start learning how to use a fork, and spoon to pick up food and put in their mouth. God kind of pulls the spiritual bottle from our mouths gives us a spiritual fork, and spoon to see if we are willing to pick them up and eat. just as Mom, and Dad are still close by making sure their baby is well nourished while they are learning to use their spoon and fork, God is right there by us with the spiritual food that we need, but HE WILL NOT FORCE FEED US. Again He says come unto me. let's open our spiritual mouths make our hunger known to God He will always fill us up and never leave us hungry. PRAISE GOD!!! Just as my grandbaby shows her eagerness for her sweet potatoes LOL LETS LET GOD KNOW WE ARE HUNGRY FOR HIM!!! Theres an old hymnal I've heard since I was a child called COME AND DINE, one of the verses says JESUS HAS A TABLE SPREAD WHERE THE SAINTS OF GOD OUR FED HE INVITES HIS CHOSEN PEOPLE COME AND DINE WITH HIS MANNA HE DOTH FEED AND SUPPLIES OUR EVERY NEED OH IT IS SWEET TO SUP WITH JESUS ALL THE TIME .COME AND DINE THE MASTER CALLETH COME AND DINE YOU MAY FEAST AT JESUS TABLE ALL THE TIME HE WHO FED THE MULTITUDES TURNED THE WATER INTO WINE HE INVITES HIS CHOSEN PEOPLE COME AND DINE!!!! Amen!!! everyone be blessed in JESUS NAME !!!!

Good afternoon!!! Hope everyone is having a blessed day. We are gonna be talking about SPIRITUAL WARFARE this week. Learning how to overcome our battles and fight effectively in the spirit as Christians is vital to our daily walk. First of all never forgetting we have an enemy his name is satan and he's out everyday trying to come against Gods children. He uses many schemes and tactics against us. he forms his weapons against us. The great news is HE'S A DEFEATED FOE!!!! When JESUS went to the cross paid the price for our sins in 3 days rose again went down to hell and took the keys of death, hell, and the grave THE VICTORY WAS WON!!! PRAISE GOD!!!! So you see victory over satan is already established, all we have to do is believe and receive the authority over the enemy given to us by our LORD AND SAVIOUR JESUS CHRIST!!! God has given us the tools to overcome!!!! we just have to use them. LUKE CHAPTER 10 VERSES 18 -20 18 AND HE SAID UNTO THEM, I BEHELD satan AS LIGHTNING FALL FROM HEAVEN. 19 BEHOLD,I GIVE UNTO YOU POWER TO TREAD ON SERPENTS AND SCORPIANS, AND OVER ALL THE POWER OF THE ENEMY: AND NOTHINGSHALL BY ANY MEANS HURT YOU. 20 NOTWITHSTANDING IN THIS REJOICE NOT, THAT THE SPIRITS ARE SUBJECT UNTO YOU; BUT RATHER REJOICE, BECAUSE YOUR NAMES ARE WRITTEN IN HEAVEN. AMEN!!!!! Second identify and know who your enemy truly is. EPHESIANS 6:12 FOR WE WRESTLE NOT AGAINST FLESH AND BLOOD, BUT AGAINST PRINCIPALITIES,AGAINST POWERS, AGAINST THE RULERS OF THE DARKNESS OF THIS WORLD, AGAINST SPIRITUAL WICKEDNESS IN HIGH PLACES. This scripture we must always remember, sometimes its easy to let our flesh rise when people do or say wrong things to us. If we're not careful we will we will focus on the person (THE FLESH) or the circumstance. But as we read in Ephesians our fight is not with the flesh but rather with satan. When someone offends us our flesh wants to rise up and fight physically or argue and fight with who we feel has wronged us which only brings more problems such as anger, bitterness, unforgiveness pain. and trying to win in the flesh is absolutely fruitless. We will never win that way. When we give into the flesh and try to win that way, we end up feeling bitter, angry, resentful, unforgiving we mentioned these things earlier ,and they are all ingredients to hinder and stop our spiritual growth, to weigh us down and keep us in disobedience and in shackles. You could go all your life being offended and angry at someone for a past offence, but all the while that person or people are going on about their lives unaffected by your attitude or thoughts toward them some may have completely forgotten the incident and are unaware that you have let the circumstances fester and boil up causing you to have a big stumbling block. HOW DOES GOD SAY TO TREAT PEOPLE WHO HAVE HURT OR OFFENDED US ??? ( This definitely for our benefit as much as it is for the person or people we are forgiving.) MATTHEW 5:44 -46 44 BUT I SAY UNTO YOU, LOVE YOUR ENEMIES, BLESS THEM THAT CURSE YOU, DO GOOD TO THEM THAT HATE YOU, AND PRAY FOR THEM WHICH DESPITEFULLY USE YOU AND PERSECUTE YOU. 45 THAT YE MAY BE THE CHILDREN OF YOUR FATHER WHICH IS IN HEAVEN: FOR HE MAKETH HIS SUN TO RISE ON THE EVIL AND ON THE GOOD, AND SENDETH RAIN ON THE JUST AND ON THE UNJUST. 46 FOR IF YE LOVE THEM WHICH LOVE YOU, WHAT REWARD HAVE YE? DO NOT EVEN THE PUBLICANS THE SAME? Doing this may not always be easy, but we can do it with GODS help!!! and it frees us and grows us in the GRACE, MERCY, AND LOVE OF GOD !!! and by showing Gods love toward the one who has offended us their heart could be softened and they may be saved by you being a witness and showing the love of GOD working in you!!! PRAISE GOD!!! How do we prepare ourselves??? ARMOUR UP!!! KNOW THE EFFECTIVE WEAPONS OF WARFARE!!! .... EPHESIANS 6:11-18 11 PUT ON THE WHOLE ARMOUR OF GOD, THAT YE MAY BE ABLE TO STAND AGAINST THE WILES OF THE DEVIL. 12 FOR WE WRESTLE NOT AGAINST FLESH AND BLOOD, BUT AGAINST PRINCIPALITIES, AGAINST POWERS,AGAINST THE RULERS OF THE DARKNESS OF THIS WORLD, AGAINST SPIRITUAL WICKEDNESS IN HIGH PLACES. 13 WHEREFORE TAKE UNTO YOU THE WHOLE ARMOUR OF GOD, THAT YOU MAY BE ABLE TO WITHSTAND IN THE EVIL DAY, AND HAVING DONE ALL, STAND.14 STAND THEREFORE, HAVING YOUR LOINS GIRT ABOUT WITH TRUTH, AND HAVING ON THE BREASTPLATE OF RIGHTEOUSNES; 15 AND YOUR FEET SHOD WITH THE PREPARATION OF THE GOSPEL OF PEACE; 16 ABOVE ALL, TAKING THE SHIELD OF FAITH, WHEREWITH YE SHALL BE ABLE TO QUENCH ALL THE FIERY DARTS OF THE WICKED. 17 AND TAKE THE HELMET OF SALVATION, AND THE SWORD OF THE SPIRIT, WHICH IS THE WORD OF GOD: 18 PRAYING ALWAYS WITH ALL PRAYER AND SUPPLICATION IN THE SPIRIT, AND WATCHING THEREUNTO WITH ALL PERSEVERENCE AND SUPPLICATION FOR ALL SAINTS; So GOD has not only given us the ARMOUR!!! , But every weapon of warfare we need to be VICTORIOUS, IN SPIRITUAL WARFARE!!!! So lets stand up!!! ARMOUR UP!!!! USE OUR WEAPONS OF WARFARE GIVEN TO US BY GOD!!! WE ARE MADE MORE THAN CONQUERORS THROUGH OUR LORD AND SAVIOUR JESUS CHRIST!!!!!! THIS IS HOW WE FIGHT OUR BATTLES!!!! God bless you all !!!!!
