Join us this Sunday, December 29th, as we continue to celebrate and remember the birth of our Savior with a very special service! Our kids ministry will be performing a Christmas Play reminding us of the glad tidings we share during this holiday season! Service starts at 10am with worship- we hope to see you there. Good Morning All! It’s the day after Election Day, a day that you will read and hear a mix of all different feedback. So we at Streams would like to encourage those who are following us to:
1. Remember God has a plan and His will is absolute! Regardless if our candidate won or lost God is the one in control and we need to place our trust in God alone.

2. Maintain a grateful heart for the opportunity to Make your voice known. Though it is a right to the citizens of this country, it is truly by God’s grace that we can voice our choice in leadership. We need to humble ourselves with the understanding that our vote, our voice and our very hearts must bow to the sovereignty of God and His will

3. We have a responsibility to pray for our leaders. In 1Tim.2:1-4, we are directed to pray for those’d in authority over us- and how we should pray is that God’s will be done and that our leaders’ hearts be held in God’s hands- that their hearts would listen to God’s direction and submit to God’s plan for our country.

Whatever your choice was at the polls yesterday may your hearts delight in the Lord today.
Prov.3:5-6 “Trust in the Lord with all your heart,
And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.

How many times does the enemy whisper lies about what we are not, half truths about the shame of our past or pull our eyes off of God and onto our unworthiness? Hallelujah that we are all NEW creations in Christ and in His presence He reveals the truth - that he calls us sons and daughter, that he calls us friends, that we are HIS!! Amen!!!
