Due to the impact of the winter storm on Williamston, regretfully our usual weekend services are cancelled.

* No Vespers tonight - Saturday, 01/13
* No Matins or Divine Liturgy - Sunday, 01/14

Snow is forecasted to continue tonight and until noon Sunday, leaving up to three or more inches of accumulation. Wind temperature will be low enough to inhibit the work of salt on the roads - so it will be slippery.

Please visit https://www.antiochian.org/liturgicday to find instructions for Readers Vespers, Readers Orthros, and Readers Typica at the bottom of the page in the Permanent Liturgical Resources section to help you pray at home.

This video show an explosion from a terrorist attack against one of our Antiochian churches. The attack targeted the Hagia Sophia Church in Suqaylabiyah, about 30 miles northwest of Hama, which was being built as a replica of the famous cathedral in Istanbul.

With thanksgiving to God, we rejoice in the assignment of a new priest to St James. His Eminence, Metropolitan Joseph, has assigned Fr Boniface Harju to serve St James. Thanks be to God for this blessing, and Many Years to our new priest and his family.
