Piney Grove Baptist Church Teamkid

TeamKID is a fun, high-energy ministry that encourages kids to know Jesus Christ and
grow in a relationship with Him.

The TeamKID Motto describes well what we try to accomplish in TeamKID:

-Learning About God
-Using the Bible
-Living for Jesus We will meet each Sunday, beginning September 11, 2022, from 4 pm until 5:30 pm. Every part of TeamKID—Bible stories, Bible verses, life
application, missions, and recreation—all connect to teach life lessons to kids. TeamKID is designed so children learn biblical princip

les and develop skills that will help them grow closer to God. The TeamKID Motto and Bible verses are a part of each meeting for kids. These elements help kids focus on the purposes of the club. Encourage your child’s participation in TeamKID! You will be amazed at the fun your child has while studying the Bible, learning to apply Bible truths, and memorizing Scripture. TeamKID can make an eternal difference in the life of your child.

We are gearing up to celebrate the Resurrection together! We need your prayers and participation:

Cleanup Day: Tomorrow at 8:00 AM. Many hands make light work!

Costumes: Mark your calendars for upcoming try-ons on March 7th usually in the morning - early afternoon.

Hello Piney Grove kids! I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas!!

🥳🥳 Everyone is invited to Piney Grove’s New Year’s Celebration this Wednesday night at 8pm. We’ll have yummy snacks, games, & time together. 🎉🎉.

🗓️ January 7th is Family Missions Night with RAs and GAs. TeamKID will kickoff on January 14th!

TeamKID is back Wednesday night 11/12 at 6:30pm with a yummy meal beforehand at 6pm.

🥫Thanksgiving is the perfect time to bless others, so join us by donating canned goods for the Piney Grove Blessing Box for our November mission project.
🔥Our Bonfire S'mores Night is THIS Saturday 11/15 at 7pm. S'mores, hot apple cider and a few yard games provided. Bring your family & invite friends to make the fun happen! Be sure to dress warmly and bring chairs.
🍁Finally, the Fall Bazaar is coming up Nov. 22nd. There is something to do for all ages at the bazaar, so make plans to join your church family that day.

Hello TeamKID families! Several upcoming things I wanted to make you aware of:

🎁 The Blessing of the Boxes 🎁 - October 26th our kids have been invited to present the Operation Christmas Child Shoeboxes during 10am worship service. We've been preparing during TeamKID and would love to have as much participation as possible.

🔥 It's BONFIRE TIME! 🔥- We'd originally announced the bonfire for Nov 1st, but ran into a scheduling conflict. The new date is Saturday, November 15th @ 7pm. S'mores and apple cider provided. All families are welcome!

🗓️ SAVE THE DATE 🗓️- Family Christmas program 2025 is set for the evening of December 14th. More details to follow. (How is it almost Christmas?!!!!)

🧸 Bring on the TOYS 🧸 - October's mission project is to collect new toys to donate to the Martin County Toy Store. Your donations will bless children right here in our community!

We had a great family missions night with our Girls in Action (GAs) and Royal Ambassadors (RAs) meetings last night. Our boys got to hear from a christian counselor to learn how he is on mission for Christ in his church, community, and beyond.

**REMINDERS**
📖 NO TEAMKID MEETING NEXT WEEK, we will be having our annual revival, now Bible Conference. This is sure to be a great week of growing together as we hear primarily from our own men from Piney Grove. Make plans to join us!

🗓️ Next TeamKID meeting will be October 15th.

🥞 Join us for a pancake supper supporting the Appalachian Backpack Ministry on October 24th, it's sure to be delicious!

✝️ October is pastor appreciation month. Look for ways to encourage our pastor as he equips the saints and builds up the church.

What a great first week of TeamKID we had last Wednesday! It was our last week having Logan Stephens help lead worship for us. Logan, we thank you for giving of your time and talents to our kids ministry and we wish you well as you move forward to bless your new community! We look forward to sharing God's amazing story with our TeamKIDs again tonight 6:30-8pm. All are welcome!

🤝 Reach out to your neighbors, your school friends, and reconnect with VBS families inviting them to join us as we grow together in the faith!

Our movie night is cancelled tonight. Too soggy and everyone's so busy. We'll catch you next at the pool party on August 2nd!

We've got some great fun lined up for your family this summer at Piney Grove! For starters, join us next Wednesday, June 11th for a Bubble Bash, complete with bubble games and a slip and slide. There's no meal that evening, but we'll have ice cream sandwiches and drinks for all to enjoy. Pop on over for a bubble-rific time w/ Piney Grove Kids!
