A Better Way Food Co-Op A Better Way Food CO-OP offers membership to people in Warren County with limited income. We are open on Tuesdays from 2-5 pm. Please visit us!

The concept for A Better Way Food Co-Op resulted from local churches. organizations, and individuals that believe there is a better way -- a better way to help local low-income families access the resources they need; a better way that empowers people to use their talents and abilities to provide for their families; a better way that lets members choose what products and assistance their family needs; a better way that helps members connect and build relationships.

We had a great crew ๐ŸŒฑ to get all the garden boxes planted this week. We talked about companion planting ๐ŸŒผ and which plants should not be planted next to each other ๐Ÿšซ๐ŸŒฟ. We followed it with great fellowship ๐Ÿค and encouragement to grow fresh produce ๐Ÿฅ•๐Ÿ… to improve our lives. An afternoon well spent โ˜€๏ธ with wonderful helpers ๐Ÿ’š.

Today is World Hunger Day.
48 million Americans will go to bed tonight not knowing when or where their next meal is coming from. Sadly, 1 in 5 will be children.
This is why we need your help at the Better Way Food Co-op to help eradicate hunger in our county.
Thank you to all of those who support the Co-op and thank you in advance for the future support.
We are open every Tuesday from 2-5 for those in need who may be experiencing hard times and with limited income.

Thyme and volunteer sunflowers have already popped up in our garden boxes.

The Co-op is working hard preparing the boxes to get ready for the planting class Tuesday, May 26th.

You can join us and learn about starting your own garden while helping the
Co-op plant veggies to share with our members all summer long and earn shopping credits for your next shopping trip.
