Footprints Dance Ministry - Home of TGD Williamsburg We use ballroom dance to teach and model Christian faith, leadership, and social and etiquette skills to teens, young adults and couples.

We are blessed to be able provide an opportunity for fun and fellowship in a structured environment and use ballroom dance to teach and model Christian faith, leadership, and social and etiquette skills to teens, young adults and couples. "FDM" - Footprints Dance Ministry - An independent evangelical ministry. We currently are blessed with the use of the facilities at Living Proof Baptist Church

in Williamsburg, VA

"TGD" - The Great Dance - A program for teens 12-19 years old

"Couples Class" - A dance program for married couples - currently runs in the summer

"Dancing D.A.D." - A volunteer "Designated Adult Dancer" who is willing to learn and help and is also a Dad of one or more TGD students.

Just $5 at the door, no registration needed!
Girls:
• Dresses and skirts must go below the knee both sitting and standing, and fully cover the knee all around
• Leggings do NOT count as an extension of a skirt or dress
• Shorts should be worn under dresses/skirts
• No low necklines or midrift tops
• Shirts must have at least a 1-inch strap
• No visible bra straps
• Sandals are allowed, but shoes must have a heel strap Closed toed shoes are recommended
• Heels are recommended
• No sneakers or Converse
Guys:
• Short sleeve collared shirts (like polos) are acceptable
- shirts must have a collar and buttons
• Shirts must be tucked in
• Khakis are acceptable
• No jeans or cargo pants
• Belts are required
• Ties are not mandatory
• Dress shoes are required
• (Dance shoes recommended)
• No sneakers or Converse
Please remember: shoes must be worn ALL night!

Dress Code
Girls
Attire: Dresses and skirts must go below the knee when sitting and standing. This includes slits, so please check those and pin them if necessary. Please don’t wear tight dresses, skirts or shirts
Leggings: Do not count as an extension of your skirt/dress.
Undergarments: Please wear shorts under your dress/skirt.
Shirts: Must have at least a 1-inch strap. No low necklines, no midriff showing, and no visible bra straps.
Shoes: We recommend closed toe dance shoes, heel strap or backing required. Sneakers, Converse, Sandals are not permitted, boots are not recommended.
Reminder: Shoes must be worn the entire night.

Guys
Attire: Button-up long sleeve shirts (sleeves may be rolled to below the elbow) with dress pants or khakis.
Not allowed: Jeans.
Accessories: Belts and ties are mandatory.
