The Southwest Dharma Celebration is coming fast!

Not able to make it in person due to a disability preventing you from traveling? Good news!

The Southwest Dharma Celebration will be offered online to those who live within the Southwest Region of the US. Those living in Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, Arizona, Utah, and Nevada who are not able to attend in person at the IKRC Grand Canyon due to medical disability and/or unable to travel are welcome to apply to watch the one-week delayed replay of the SWDC.

Registration for Online must be completed by April 1 in order to receive the links.

The replays will be available one week after the end of the SWDC. The replays will be made available from Friday, April 7th until Friday, April 14th. The Empowerment will only be available on Saturday, April 8th. The teachings and meditations will be available for 1 week.

The 44 promises:

The seven Medicine Buddhas each made a promise to help living beings to be free from specific ailments both externally and internally.

The first Buddha, Tataghata Glorious Renown of Excellent Signs made the following promises to help living beings:

Be freed from heavy illness and interference by spirits
Not offer from incomplete or defective physical or mental faculties
Never experience the ripening of karma that causes rebirth in the lower realms
Never experience poverty or lack of resources
Be free from the dangers of assault, robbery, or imprisonment
Be free from the dangers of attack by wild animals and so forth
Abide in peace and never experience war
Be free from danger caused by water
