Memorial Day decoration days are here and the cemetery is looking great. We know you all will make it look even more beautiful with flowers and decorations for your loved ones.

Trustees will be on sight 9a-5p, Thursday 5/21 through Monday 5/25. They are there to assist finding gravesites, answer any questions about the cemetery, show available plots and accept donations. Donations are tax deductible we accept cash, checks, PayPal or CashApp. Your donations help to cover the maintenance, upkeep and mowing at the cemetery.

Saturday, 5/23 we will have our annual lunch and general meeting at Noon. This is pot luck style. Tea, plates, napkins, cups & serving utensils will be provided.

Thank you to our mowing team for doing a great job on the mowing and w**d eating.

Any decorations left on the ground that you would like to save, will need to be picked up by June 8, so mowing can resume.

Thank you to B&H Trash for donating trash carts and removal during decoration days.

Did you know that in 2026 we are celebrating our 160th year of Rose Hill Cemetery and 150 years of Rose Hill Baptist Church?
Please come to the annual lunch this Saturday, May 23, at 12 pm and share memories.
If you have any old pictures feel free to bring those to let others see how we've grown and changed over the years!

Just a reminder that, as posted on our signs and in our cemetery rules, glass items are not permitted on graves. This includes bottles, vases, and any other glass decorations.

Any glass items left on graves will be removed immediately, as they pose a safety hazard when broken.

We understand and appreciate the desire to decorate your loved one’s resting place. There are many beautiful alternatives available—please choose non-glass items to help keep the cemetery safe for everyone.
