Word of Grace Baptist Church Word of Grace Baptist Church is a Reformed Baptist Church in Wilkes County, NC. Therefore, we delight in Christ’s preeminence in all things.

Believing that God calls his church to seek and savor his glory, our chief purpose is to glorify God and enjoy him forever. We proclaim the gospel of salvation by grace through faith in Christ alone. We work to build his church by making disciples who grow in the grace and knowledge of Christ, and to equip the saints for ministry until we all reach the fullness of Christ for God’s glory alone.



We believe in the divine, inerrant, authoritative inspiration of Scripture, the primacy of God’s glory, the sufficiency of Christ’s grace, the priority of the Spirit’s call, the urgency of the gospel mandate, the beauty of the covenant community, the excellency of expository preaching, the majesty and intimacy of Christ-centered worship, the necessity of regenerate church membership, and the essentiality of prayer.
