Highlights from The Ohio South Ohio Annual Conference held Sept. 22-25 at Greater Allen AME in Dayton. Reverend Dr. John E.Freeman was reassigned as Pastor of Holy Trinity AME Church. Wilberforce Univeristy student and former Dolores Alston Foundation intern Niya Brown expressed her desire to join the ministry and will be presented with an evangelist license from the Bishop. “Trust in the Lord, and do good; dwell in the land and befriend faithfulness. Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.” -Psalm 37:3-5

Thank you for answering God’s call and allowing Him to use you to lead, encourage, teach, pray, and inspire us. Your words have touched lives, your prayers have strengthened hearts, and your faithfulness continues to make a difference in ways you may never fully see.
We are grateful for every sermon, every prayer, every word of encouragement, and every sacrifice made behind the scenes. Thank you for leading with love, serving with humility, and reminding us to keep our eyes on God.
May God continue to strengthen you, cover you, bless you, and pour back into you everything you pour into others. We honor you, we appreciate you, and we thank God for you.

Holy Trinity AME Curch congratulate Central State University Senior Aaliyah Beneby, who graduates in a few weeks with a biology degree. The first Dolores Austin foundation student to shadow Dr. Rodney, Aaliyah has been accepted to three medical schools. Way to go, Aaliyah!
