We had an awesome time this past week celebrating Feast of Tablenacles at Paul B. Johnson 2026. Eight were baptized All praise to the most High Yah.

Greetings CVCC & friends.

Joyful Sukkot to all as we continue in the days of the celebration of the Feast of Tabernacles, aka Sukkot, which is plural for Sukkah, which is a booth, or temporary dwelling place.

As we have said before, It is a celebration which encompasses a number of important aspects of Yasharel's redemption, including the 40 year wandering in the wilderness where they were housed in booths after the first exodus from Egypt.

It remains written in Leviticus 23:39-42, "Also in the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when ye have gathered in the fruit of the land, ye shall keep a feast unto the LORD seven days: on the first day shall be a sabbath, and on the eighth day shall be a sabbath.

And ye shall take you on the first day the boughs of goodly trees, branches of palm trees, and the boughs of thick trees, and willows of the brook; and ye shall rejoice before the LORD your God seven days.

And ye shall keep it a feast unto the LORD seven days in the year. It shall be a statute for ever in your generations: ye shall celebrate it in the seventh month.

Ye shall dwell in booths seven days; all that are Israelites born shall dwell in booths: shall dwell in booths seven days; all that are Israelites born shall dwell in booths:

That your generations may know that I made the children of Israel to dwell in booths, when I brought them out of the land of Egypt: I am Yahuah your Elohim."

As we can readily see, the First and Eighth days of the Feast of Tabernacles are two of the seven Annual (High) Sabbaths which occur every year in conjunction with the associated festival.

As it has been, it is still in 2026 a time of rejoicing in celebration of the Most High's shelter, protection, and indwelling as represented by their being housed in their temporary dwelling places as they sojourned in the wilderness.

As these days of the Fall Feasts remain upon us, we likewise remain grateful that we get to remember and celebrate them in obedience and remembrance of what our Messiah has done (and will yet do for us), as every single one of these festivals continue to point directly to Yahushua HaMashiach!

In light of these irrefutable truths, all are invited and encouraged to join us on tomorrow evening, Yah willing, as we remember and discuss this Moed as a big part of our weekly mid-week prayer assembly, which will serve as our set apart convocation on this High Sabbath day.

Once again, looking forward to rest, fellowship, refreshing, and the word as we gather in holy convocation according to the scriptures.

We are in the middle of the eight day celebration of the Feast of Tabernacles (Sukkot), signifying, among other things, Yahushua our Messiah becoming flesh and "tabernacling" among us as well as a reminder of the exodus of the children of Israel, who dwelled in tents as they passed through the wilderness on the way to the promised land.

There is also great significance concerning things to come as well, namely the dwelling of the Messiah with his people in the new Jerusalem after the thousand year reign of Christ over the nations.

What the Father continues to reinforce to us on this journey and in this awakening of the diaspora is that ALL of the moedim (appointed times/holy days) of the Most High Yah point directly, primarily to the Messiah, but also to the end times plans of the Most High for mankind!

In light of these undeniable truths, we say, as always, Shabbat Shalom!

As we continue in the days of the celebration of the fall feasts of the Most High Yah, we are excited to be in the midst of the observance of the final of the major seven Moedim, namely, the Feast Of Tabernacles!

As we have said before, the Feast of Tabernacles is also known as Sukkot, which is plural for Sukkah, which is a booth, or temporary dwelling place.

It is a celebration which encompasses a number of important aspects of Yasharel's redemption, including the 40 year wandering in the wilderness where they were housed in booths after the first exodus from Egypt.

It is written thusly in Leviticus 23:42-43, "Ye shall dwell in booths seven days; all that are Israelites born shall dwell in booths:

That your generations may know that I made the children of Israel to dwell in booths, when I brought them out of the land of Egypt: I am Yahuah your Elohim."

The Feast of Tabernacles begins five days after the Day of Atonement, and is a time of rejoicing in celebration of the Most High's shelter, protection, and indwelling as represented by their being housed in their temporary dwelling places as they sojourned in the wilderness.

These fall Moedim (appointed times/dress rehearsals) are written about specifically in Leviticus (Wayyiqra/Vayiqra) chapter 23, along with the other four spring feasts of Yahuah.

In light of these truths family (mishpacha), we remain grateful that we get to remember and celebrate them in obedience and remembrance of what our Messiah has done for us, as, again, every single one of these festivals continue to point directly to Yahushua HaMashiach!

As we continue in the days of the celebration of the fall Moedim, that is, the fall feasts, commencing with Yom Teruah (the Feast Of Trumpets), we look forward to the next appointed time, the Day of Atonement.

Greetings CVCC & friends.

Once again, we are in the days of the celebration of the fall feasts of Yahuah, beginning with the Feast Of Trumpets (Yom Teruah).

The Feast of Trumpets is one of the seven Annual (High) Sabbaths which occur every year in conjunction with the Moedim.

It is not only a shabbat, but also a memorial (remembrance) of shouting and blowing of the shofar (rams horn) per Numbers 29:1, "And in the seventh month, on the first day of the month, ye shall have an holy convocation; ye shall do no servile work: it is a day of blowing the trumpets unto you."

We know without a doubt that upon Yahushua's triumphant return, there will be a trumpet blast preceding his arrival as it is written in I Corinthians (Qorin'tiyim) 15:52.

These fall Moedim (appointed times/dress rehearsals) are written about specifically in Leviticus (Wayyiqra/Vayiqra) chapter 23, along with the other four spring feasts of Yahuah.

Again, as these days of the Fall Feasts are upon us, we are grateful that we get to remember and celebrate them in obedience and remembrance of what our Messiah has done (and will yet do for us), as every single one of these festivals point directly to Yahushua HaMashiach!

Our weekly mid-week prayer assembly on tomorrow will serve as our set apart convocation on this High Sabbath day.
