Have You Taken Off Your Shoes Spiritually?

Today we looked at Joshua 5:13–15, where Joshua encountered the Commander of the Lord’s Army and was told, “Take your sandals off your feet, for the place where you are standing is holy.”

Before God could lead Joshua into victory at Jericho, He first called him into His presence. The same is true for us. Sometimes God is asking us to remove the things that keep us from fully experiencing Him.

Are we sensitive to His voice and the needs of others?

Are we vulnerable enough to let Him work in our hearts?

Are we submissive to His will, even when it's difficult?

Have we allowed Him to walk in our shoes and direct our steps?

Are we grounded in His Word and His love?

Are we comfortable simply being in His presence?

God isn't looking for perfect people—He's looking for surrendered people. Victory doesn't begin with strategy; it begins with worship, humility, and holy ground.

Maybe the question for all of us today is this:
What do I need to take off so I can fully step into what God has for me?

IN JUST 7 WEEKS

His Presence. His Power.

That's our focus for Worship Night.

Join us as we gather to worship Jesus, seek His presence, and make room for the Holy Spirit to move. Come expectant. Come hungry. Come ready to encounter God.

Today we remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives for our freedom. On this Memorial Day, we pause to reflect on the sacrifice, courage, and service of those who laid down everything for others.

Jones Fire Update: Disaster Assistance Center Opening:

05/13/2026

A few weeks ago was step one: preparing the way.

This week was step two: clearing the way to restore the well. The old pipe was completely rusted through and broken into several pieces, and honestly, it was a miracle we were still able to get everything out successfully.

The good news, we have water in the well.

Next step: getting the casing cleaned so we can keep moving forward.

Huge thank you to Copper State Pump and Well Service
