To Allah we belong and to Him we shall return.
Our dear Brother Hamed Awadi has lost his daughter last night. The Janazah will Tomorrow After Thuhr Prayer at 1:45 PM at the ISW GYM. And then we will proceed to the old ISW Cemetery located on 22393 SW Haverhill Rd, Douglass, KS 67039

May Allah Subhanah Wata'ala give her the highest level of Jannah and give our brother and his family the highest level of patience.

Assalamulaikum brothers and sisters,
We have had a death in our community today. إِنَّا لِلّهِ وَإِنَّـا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعونَ
Please keep Sister Hanaa Subhi Jibril (wife of Abdul Kareem Jibril) in your prayers and contact the families for condolences.

Janazah/funeral prayer will be held 2 pm tomorrow, May 15 on the gym area patio of ISW and then we will head to cemetery right after.

Everyone is welcome; face masks are required and please adhere to social distancing guidelines.

Duaa for the deceased:
الَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لَهُ وَارْحَمْهُ، وَعَافِهِ، وَاعْفُ عَنْهُ، وَأَكْرِمْ نُزُلَهُ، وَوَسِّعْ مُدْخَلَهُ، وَاغْسِلْهُ بِالْمَاءِ وَالثَّلْجِ وَالْبَرَدْ، وَنَقِّهِ مِنَ الْخَطَايَا كَما نَقَّيْتَ الثَّوْبُ الأَبْيَضَ مِنَ الدَّنَسِ، وَأَبْدِلْهُ دَاراً خَيْراً مِنْ دَارِهِ، وَأَهْلاً خَيْراً مِنْ أَهْلِهِ، وَزَوْجاً خَيْراً مِنْ زَوْجِهِ، وَأَدْخِلْهُ الْجَنَّةَ، وَأَعِذْهُ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ وَعَذَابِ النَّارِ O Allah, forgive
them and have mercy on them and give them strength and pardon them. Be generous to them and cause them entrance to be wide and wash them with cool water. Cleanse them of their transgressions as white cloth is cleansed of stains. Give them an abode better than his home, and a family better than their family. Take them into Paradise and protect them from the punishment of the grave (and from the punishment of Hell-fire).

Mahmoud Abu Lana AbuNamous has passed away. إِنَّا لِلّهِ وَإِنَّـا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعونَ Janazah and burial will be held tomorrow, Wednesday Dec. 2 at 1 p.m. We will leave from the Islamic Society of Wichita parking lot at 1 p.m. The janazah and burial will be at the Muslim Cemetery located at 22393 SW Haverhill Rd, Douglass, KS 67039.

Guidelines to attend:

Please do not enter the mosque. It is closed until January 2021.
Masks are required.
Please do not shake hands or hug.

May Allah swt grant him light in his grave and open the doors of Jannah for him, Ameen.
