(Power of Love)
1 Corinthians 13:3âŠAnd though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, but have not Love, it profits me nothing.
Brother Lance preached an awesome message last night! 3 came at his altar call! All 3 confessed Jesus but came with, guilt, condemnation, and shame. All three that came had situations that Brother Lance dealt with in his message. This Ministry Team BELIEVES that, PRAYER AND LOVE WILL SET THE CAPTIVE FREE!
Team member Maria has ties with Special Olympics. They pulled in the parking lot with a pickup absolutely loaded with clothes, shoes, ect. for the homeless. Thank you so much to Special Olympics!
The boxes of coats from Oxford Villa went out last night. Thank you Denise and residence of Oxford Villa for those coats.
I knew it was going to be a big crowd last night because last 2 weeks there has been supernatural giving.
Again last night we were finished and 4 of us were just hanging around and out of the dark from South Broadway comes a woman with a light shirt on shaking. We opened the trailer and there was a warm sweatshirt, a really warm womenâs coat, knitted stocking cap and gloves. Sister Nicole asked if she was saved. She confessed she was a believer. Nicole asked, who is Jesus to you? Her Response, âMY LORD AND SAVIORâ! We came around her and started praying for her and she broke down sobbing. Make a way for her Lord! Hedge about her with your protection Lord! Jesus had one more, cold and in need of the prayer of love and thatâs why we were still there!!! Iâve seen that over and over!! Holy Spirit holding you for that one sheep!!
I had a homeless woman living in a tent under Kellogg tell me her Mother was concerned because she wasnât going to Church. She said oh yeah Mom Iâm going to Church in a parking lot. She said they preach from the Bible first, then help us with our physical needs. I know it wasnât what her Mom expected. People donât understand when the Church leaves the building! She gave me a big hug and said thank you. As she walked off towards her tent I was wrecked with tears again.
We had 2 from the team bring with them ones for prayer. Sister Laura bought someone that was recovering from being shot. What a powerful testimony of Godâs protection from him! Brother Lance and I prayed for healing and believing that the Lord was going to use him to Glorify God in his body and in his spirit! Another member Sister Tiffany brought her friend that was under the influence of alcohol. I went over to the car, anointed her with oil and we prayed in agreement for that spirit of alcohol TO GO in Jesus name. She woke up and gave us a smile. The sister and I believe she will be delivered!!
All glory to Jesus Christ who is head of this Ministry!
