St. Patrick Catholic Church- Wichita St. Patrick Catholic Church Strives to welcome all people into the body of Christ through prayer, wor Patrick. Elizabeth's. Patrick

The church that has existed for more than 100 years almost wasn't named St. For several months, the parish was unofficially named St. When Bishop Hennessey dedicated the church in the 2000 block of North Water Street (now Wellington Place) in 1911, he decreed that it be placed under the patronage of St.

On this Priesthood Sunday we are grateful for having two wonderful priests in our parish. But above all we are grateful for their “Yes” to the vocation of priesthood!
Let us join in prayer in gratitude for our priests so that God may continue to guide and protect them on this journey of living this ministry.

📢 PSR CLASSES ARE IN SESSION TONIGHT! (WEEK 4) 📢
A quick reminder for all of our families: Week 4 of Parish School of Religion (PSR) classes will meet as scheduled tonight from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM.

🚰 Important Safety Notice: Due to the current City of Wichita Boil Water Advisory, all water fountains and bottle-filling stations on campus are shut off until further notice.

💧 What to Bring:

BYO Water: Please send your student with a full reusable water bottle filled at home with safe drinking water, or a commercially sealed water bottle.

Extra Encouraged: Sending a backup bottled water is highly recommended so everyone stays hydrated during class!

We are monitoring city updates closely and will keep you posted. See you all for Week 4! 💙

📢 ¡LAS CLASES DE PSR SIGUEN EN PIE ESTA NOCHE! (SEMANA 4) 📢

Wulke Baby Shower
Please join us on Sunday, May 31 after the each daytime mass for a shower honoring the Wulke family. We look forward to celebrating God’s blessings upon their growing family as they welcomed triplet boys!
As part of the celebration, guests are invited to participate in “Create a Tune for the Wulkes” by purchasing musical notes to help compose a song. Every dollar will earn a raffle ticket at a chance to win an amazing basket of gift cards!
While gifts such as wipes, diapers, gift cards, or cash are appreciated, they are certainly not necessary.
Refreshments will be provided, and we hope you can join us for the fun.

Our hearts are so full! Your stewardship providing Catholic education for our parish youth, the opportunity to serve at Mass and the prayers of the faithful for vocations brought our son to his diaconate ordination last Thursday. We want to thank Fr. Jorge and Fr. Jesús for their guidance along the way, to thank Tito Urbina, Ana Cordero & others for setting up the gym for the reception, and to thank both the Altar Society and Knights of Colombus for serving at the reception. Please continue to pray for Deacon Conrad as he works this summer at St. Anne’s parish and prepares for his priestly ordination next May.
Sincerely, the Sissell family
