Members and Friends of FPC,

Due to the frigid temperatures, and out of an abundance of care and concern for our most vulnerable folks, First Presbyterian Church will be closed tomorrow. Our potluck will be rescheduled to a future date.

I encourage you to livestream at 10:45 AM from home. I pre-recorded a service on Friday night that will be available on the website on Sunday morning.

FPC Family,

Last night, a plane leaving from Wichita and heading to Washington DC crashed, and claimed the lives of what authorities believe to be around 60 people. We are still waiting for updates and to identify those that have been lost.

Tonight, in the chapel from 5-7 PM, we will open the chapel for prayer, meditation, and candle lighting. You can come and go as you need. Please feel free to invite anyone who may benefit from this time together.

Due to the blizzard warning and out of an abundance of care and concern for our most vulnerable folks, First Presbyterian Church will be closed tomorrow. Please stay off the roads if possible.

I encourage you to use tomorrow morning to enjoy the snow with your loved ones, call somebody you know and “pass the peace”, or say a prayer for our unhoused neighbors and friends.
