Philippians 1:27-28

"Striving together" isn't necessarily achieving perfection at each and every moment of your life, but is instead continually working towards the goals of not only the passage, but that which we have been called to in and through Christ. With that said, keep striving friends.

Have a great week in Jesus!

This Sunday, June 7, 2026

Small Groups begin at 9:15a.

Come early for donuts and coffee!

Then, grab your Bible and join us at 10:30a as we start a three-part journey through the question, "God, Where Are You?" Prepare by reading Isaiah 59:1-8...
[1] Behold, the Lord’s hand is not so short That it cannot save; Nor is His ear so dull That it cannot hear. [2] But your iniquities have made a separation between you and your God, And your sins have hidden His face from you so that He does not hear. [3] For your hands are defiled with blood And your fingers with iniquity; Your lips have spoken falsehood, Your tongue mutters wickedness. [4] No one sues righteously and no one pleads honestly. They trust in confusion and speak lies; They conceive mischief and bring forth iniquity. [5] They hatch adders’ eggs and weave the spider’s web; He who eats of their eggs dies, And from that which is crushed a snake breaks forth. [6] Their webs will not become clothing, Nor will they cover themselves with their works; Their works are works of iniquity, And an act of violence is in their hands. [7] Their feet run to evil, And they hasten to shed innocent blood; Their thoughts are thoughts of iniquity, Devastation and destruction are in their highways. [8] They do not know the way of peace, And there is no justice in their tracks; They have made their paths crooked, Whoever treads on them does not know peace.

1 John 1:5-7

How are you practically living your life as a Christian? Are you practically living the same way that you used to live? Or are you striving to live relationally with God in all things/at all times to the best of your abilities because of the grace that you have received from Him through Christ? These are, in a sense, the questions that John is raising in these verses.

If you would like to discuss this further, please feel free to reach out to us. We would love to support, encourage and help you to grow further in your relationship with God.

Have a great week in Jesus!

Psalm 107:1-3

Because story telling is one of the ways that we can share the Good News of Jesus with others, the opening of this Psalm reminds/encourages us to share our stories (and we all have stories) with others concerning how God rescued and redeemed us. And you never know - your story may just be the thing that causes others to seek God in the midst of their circumstances as well.

Join us Sunday, May 24th to hear the conclusion of Pastor Jim's Sermon Series: "A Living Testimony". To prepare, read Romans 13:8-11...
8 Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for whoever loves others has fulfilled the law. 9 The commandments, “You shall not commit adultery,” “You shall not murder,” “You shall not steal,” “You shall not covet,” and whatever other command there may be, are summed up in this one command: “Love your neighbor as yourself.”10 Love does no harm to a neighbor. Therefore love is the fulfillment of the law.

11 And do this, understanding the present time: The hour has already come for you to wake up from your slumber, because our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed.

Then, grab your Bible on Sunday and put your full focus on our Father and what He is trying to teach you about yourself! Come a little early for complimentary coffee, tea, and donuts! Be mindful of the countdown clock; we start at 10:30 sharp!
