For MORE WORSHIP Monday this week we want to share our thanks to Pastor Taud and Buffy for their time in ministry to Calvary UMC and wish them much grace and many blessings as they begin their work in Council Grove, KS. Yesterday in worship we celebrated their time with us and the children were taught by Pastor Ashley that saying goodbye is sometimes hard, but fortunately, there are always a lot different ways to say farewell to a good friend. It's MORE Worship Monday friends and yesterday we had the pleasure of welcoming new members into our family at Calvary! Jeff and MaryMcDaniel-Anschutz are new to Wichita and have enjoyed becoming a part of the Calvary community. God is good and the Holy Spirit is always with us! However, even though Rev. Taud assured the Anschutz's joining Calvary was painless and EASY PEASY, sometimes the technology decides to go another direction and God, with His holy humor, allowed the service to go in a different direction and demonstrates, in His infinite wisdom, His grace is sufficient. While membership is not required to be a part of the Calvary family, we are so pleased and overjoyed the Anschutz's chose to covenant with us by their membership. Play and Pray: Bunco Night!

Join in the fun of intergenerational ministry with another Play and Pray night!

On July 1st, kids, youth and adults of all ages are invited to a potluck meal and Bunco night! Sandwich fixings will be provided-- bring a side or a dessert to share!

We will gather to eat, play Bunco, and get to know one another better as we laugh, roll dice, win prizes and close the night out with time for prayer!

We hope to see you on July 1st!
