Church-wide Garage Sale this Thursday through Saturday April 25th-27th at Riverlawn Christian Church, 4243 N Meridian Ave.

Enter through our gym entrance. Our entire gym will be packed full of clothes, sporting goods, boating/fishing gear, furniture, antiques, you name it! All proceeds go to the Youth Ministry of Riverlawn Christian Church.

Sale will be open:
Thursday and Friday 7am-5pm;
Saturday 7am-2pm

While some of our students went rafting, the non rafting adults and kids visited Garden of the Gods, played mini golf, and killed some time at McDonalds doing their devotional! We had over 10 hole in ones!

Part of Peak Conference was having a prayer partner. Students and leaders drew names Monday morning before leaving and were encouraged to pray for that person throughout the week. Students were also challenged with having conversations with their person to get to know them better.

Thursday night, students and leaders revealed who they had and also gave their person a gift purchased during our shopping trip earlier that day.

We loved hearing what each person had been praying for and learned about their peer.

Days 2 & 3 have been filled with serving at Cookson Hills, worshipping in community, and personal devotion time. Continue praying for the students as God works in their hearts!

Be praying for our 7-8th graders as we attend Generate Camp this week! Pray that their hearts will be opened to what God has to say, that they learn to have servant hearts, and that they are inspired to seek God wholeheartedly!!
And pray for the staff: that God will use them as His vessel to these students.. and that they maintain enough energy to survive the week!

There's nothing that stacks up to pancakes, am I right? Our Pancake Feed was a 'flippin' success, thanks to our student and adult volunteers who helped serve! We had a great night in fellowship and community.

Last night we finished up our Who am I series. For the past four weeks students have been learning that our identity lives in Christ and examining what it looks like to commit our lives to him. Thank you to our student worship band for leading us in songs before getting started!
