Hey church! We are going to postpone our Next Steps Class that was scheduled for tomorrow after service. We are communicating with those who have specifically said they would be there, but wanted to get the word out in case anyone else was planning on coming who hasn’t mentioned it to our staff. Keep an eye out for a reschedule date!

Due to the extreme low windchills expected and the potential for more overnight snowfall, we will not have in person service tomorrow. A few things to note:

1. We will have an online service streamed to YouTube @ 10:00am
(will attach a link here tomorrow once it is live)

2. The kids ministry meeting planned for tomorrow will be moved to next Sunday, February 1st.

3. We are pushing pause on 1 Peter until we can meet back together in person :) - Tomorrow we will dive into Psalm 121 and see how "a song of ascents" helps us walk with endurance.

Hey church! We have had a couple of people reach out about the potential weather this weekend. Just wanted to let you all know that we have a crew ready to clear our lot, and we will plan to move forward with service as long as it’s safe to do so. That being said, keep an eye on your email and social media in case that changes!

1 Peter 2:21 - "For to this you have been called, because Christ also suffered for you, leaving you an example, so that you might follow in his steps."

We often approach God or His Word with a desire to be rescued out of our circumstances or difficult seasons in which we find ourselves.

But Scripture paints a different picture. At times, God will rescue you OUT of trials or suffering. But much more often, He rescues you and transforms you as He walks with you THROUGH those seasons.
