We are looking forward to seeing you THIS Sunday!
Here are some things you should know:
-Plan to arrive a little early to allow for parking, dropping off your kids, and a quick stop for a name tag at the tables outside The Tab. As you are coming onto the campground, PLEASE do not park on the grass. There will be some friendly people (dressed in blue or grey Hope Church polos) who will help you find a place to park. If you are volunteering or are more able-bodied, we would like to ask you to park a little further out to allow the closer spaces for our members who may have a harder time walking a further distance.
-Kids activities (age 0 - 5th grade) will be a little different than we've done in the past. Parents can drop their children off at the specified building before service begins and pick them up at the conclusion of service (before lunch).
If you normally give your tithes/offerings in person, you can still bring that with you as normal. We will have offering envelopes/containers for each campus. You can also, of course, give online if you prefer.
-Lunch will be provided (no cost to you) in the Dining Hall at the end of the service.
-Outdoor & indoor activities will be available on the campground after lunch, please feel free to dress accordingly.
We know this is a drive for many of you, so thank you in advance for making the trip so we can celebrate together.
