At youth, we learned about trusting God and about faith.
We trust as we sit in a chair and a friend to get us through an obstacle course with directions. Just like Peter as he walked on the water, we need to trust and have faith in God and keep our eyes on Him and His promises!
We all took home a mustard seed to remind us that…“He told them, “It was because of your lack of faith. I promise you, if you have faith inside of you no bigger than the size of a small mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move away from here and go over there,’ and you will see it move! Pastor Laurie brought some HEAT 🔥 tonight!

We are Gods creation, we may not see his physical body but we see everything around us that points to him.

“For his invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world, in the things that have been made. So they are without excuse.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭1‬:‭20‬ ‭ESV‬‬

We worship and praise him, just like we know gravity, we know in our heart that God exists and he is 💯 real! We will not be afraid to go up and praise him!

This week was full of vibes and truth 😎🔥

This week we talked about the ways of this world vs. the ways of God and how when we live the ways of this world it drags us down.
We also learned that we can’t serve two masters !

“Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭12‬:‭2‬ ‭NLT‬‬

We did a fun play, a backpack representation of the ways of the world vs. Gods ways, and Letting go of our worldly ways by popping them! 🎈 plus had fun played a fun game of monkey in the middle 🐒
