☀️ School’s Out for Summer — But Mental Health Still Matters ☀️
With summer break here, routines change for everyone. Kids may feel excited, overwhelmed, bored, anxious, or disconnected without the structure of school. Parents may also feel stress trying to balance work, childcare, schedules, and everything else that comes with summer.
This is a good reminder that mental health matters for both children and adults. 💙
Here are a few simple ways to support mental wellness this summer:
🌻 Keep a light routine each day
🌻 Spend time outdoors when possible
🌻 Stay connected with friends and family
🌻 Make time for rest and self-care
🌻 Talk openly about emotions and stress
🌻 Ask for support when needed
You do not have to handle everything alone. Summer can be a great time to reset, reconnect, and focus on emotional well-being for the whole family.
If you or your child are struggling, counseling and support can help. Taking care of your mental health is just as important as taking care of your physical health. 💛
