Construction Update: Last week the slab in the restrooms was poured, and the under slab plumbing rough-in was completed and tested it to verify that the slope was good. The footing for the new column in the circulation space was installed, as was the conduit and ductwork in the multipurpose space. Wire was also pulled in the south hallway/classrooms for switches and outlets, and Hutton continued setting hollow metal door frames.

We visited Mark chapter 6 on Sunday, with the disciples battling a terrible storm on the sea. Pastor Lito reminded us that sometimes the storms can make the Savior seem smaller, but before you ever see Jesus in your storm, Jesus already sees you in your storm. When the storm is all you can see, remember the Savior who sees you.

Save the date for A Night of Worship on
Wednesday, November 18 from 6:30–7:30 PM in the Worship Center.

Join us for an intimate night of worship centered on surrendering what we carry and trusting Jesus with what comes next. Through worship, Scripture, prayer, and moments of personal reflection, we’ll create space to lay down our burdens and receive God's promises.

WE HAVE EXCITING CHRISTMAS ANNOUNCEMENT!! Beginning this Sunday, October 11, Countryside will be collecting donations of new winter coats, hats and gloves for elementary-aged kids in our community who are in need this winter. The donations will go to bless kids at multiple elementary schools in our neighborhood. You can bring your donated items to the marked table in the Lobby. We will be receiving donations until Thursday, December 3.

Then on Saturday, December 5, everyone is invited to attend a Christmas celebration & concert where we will distribute these items, have snacks and activities, and celebrate Jesus with music and drama, all wrapped in a gospel-centered message!

Note: Donations must be new. Please purchases sizes between youth small and adult small.
