Five folks from St. Paul's attended the Annual Conference last month. It was a great time of worship, renewal, and taking care of business.

Taking the second part of The United Methodist Church’s new vision statement, “Serve Joyfully” was the theme of the 2026 Great Plains Annual Conference, May 27-30 in Kearney, Neb.

We had 16 folks gather for a salad lunch following worship on May 17. Carol Linnens and her husband joined us Carol told us about their 2025 pilgrimage on the Camino de Santiago de Compostela. This was an excellent way to close out the Easter Season, as we had spent the season of Lent, "walking as pilgrims" through our worship services.

Update on Public Prayer Vigils

The Public Prayer Vigils of Lament and Protest planned for the 1st Sunday of each month are cancelled.

The "Just Love Wichita" team is identifying a new day and time to hold these vigils when the USCIS office is open and we can provide emotional and spiritual support to those entering and exiting the office. Stay tuned for more information!
