This Sunday, May 31st, is Westlink Church of Christ’s last meeting at our current location. We have sold our building and are moving out to better use our resources to bless our community in Wichita. There are many emotions as we leave behind the home we’ve known for over 50 years. We are thankful for how our building has helped us carry out our mission to ensure everyone knows they are loved by God as they are. But God’s work is not limited to any place, so this good work goes on! Even if there is sadness in leaving, as 1 Corinthians 13 says, “Love never fails,” and so love will continue to motivate all we do.
As we search for a permanent home, we'll meet at local park shelters on Sunday mornings. Our first Sunday as a church on the move will be at Orchard Park and we hope to see you there! Join us for our last Sunday at Central & Maize as we celebrate what God has done and look forward to what God is doing!
