Grow in faith this fall at Our Lady Queen of Peace.
Starting Sunday, September 13, we're offering three adult formation classes between the Sunday Masses, while kids are in Religious Education.
The Art of the Catholic Family, explores the Holy Family of Nazareth and gives you practical ways to build a lasting plan of life for your own family, alongside other parents pursuing the same goal.
The Search, taught by Orlando Garcia, is a great fit for recent OCIA participants, Catholics returning to the Church, or anyone asking the big questions: What am I searching for? Why is there suffering? Is there really a God? We'll explore these questions together through film, Scripture, and conversation, and see how they lead us to Jesus Christ.
How to Share Your Faith with Others, taught by Mark Farris, is a prayerful look at your relationships, prayer life, and Scripture reading, and how they open the door to talking about Jesus with the people you love. It's not about knocking on doors.
Can't make Sunday morning? We also have The Chosen Bible Study with Deacon Jim Bindel (Wednesdays at 7pm, starting October 7), a discussion group on C.S. Lewis's The Screwtape Letters with Mark Farris (several time slots starting the week of September 13), and OCIA for anyone exploring the Catholic faith or preparing to enter the Church (Thursday evenings, Fall through Easter).
